Discovering Château Saint-Georges

Set on the heights of Saint-Émilion, Château Saint-Georges offers an incredible, unique view over the 45 hectares of vines of its wine estate, all in a single block.

The panorama is just as magnificent. Beyond the vines, the medieval village of Saint-Georges comes into view, with its church bell tower right in the middle. A painter could sketch a work of art there, so well do the colours and lines lend themselves to it.

Wedding Photographer at Château Saint-Georges

Château Saint-Georges is a wedding venue I regularly work with. The château’s team calls on me during the wedding season in the Gironde.

A wedding reception venue in Saint-Émilion

Caroline and Mathias, the couple whose wedding I photographed, had hired the château’s reception hall for their wedding party. The "Pavillon Saint-Georges" is a spacious hall on two floors with exposed beams.

The first floor can hold 150 people, and the ground floor 50.

The wedding hall, like the whole of Château Saint-Georges, is the ideal place for a romantic, countryside wedding. The setting of the hall is refined, and the staff’s top-quality service ensures that guests are well looked after.

If you are planning a drinks reception, the 110 m² covered patio, which opens onto the château’s enclosed grounds, is the perfect place to welcome your guests after the wedding ceremony.

Fine Art Photography

Château Saint-Georges is a dream wedding venue for those in love with love and for romantic souls. Romance being one of the emotions that wedding photography, and Fine Art photography in particular, conveys, it felt natural to showcase this photographic style. The Fine Art style is all about elegance and purity of emotion. It also celebrates love through soft, luminous pastel tones in wedding photographs.
