Hen Party Photo Walk in Bordeaux: Pauline's Sunday Shoot

As a hen party photographer in Bordeaux, I had the great joy of guiding six friends from Place de la Comédie all the way to the Miroir d’Eau one Sunday morning in July. It was a sunny, joyful morning full of energy, and a very happy hen party photoshoot.

A Hen Party Photoshoot in Bordeaux

It was Andréa who got in touch with me, just as lockdown was starting to lift, to give this surprise hen party photoshoot to her friend Pauline, who was getting married in August 2020.

The friends came from all over France (the north and the south-east) and chose Bordeaux for the occasion. And while they were here, they asked me to take the photos of the hen party!

The hen party photoshoot took place one week after Céline and Erwan’s beautiful wedding at Villa La Tosca, on a very sunny Sunday morning.

They wanted to be guided through some of Bordeaux’s most iconic places. As a hen party photographer in Bordeaux, I suggested the city’s most beautiful photo spots for their special hen party photo walk!

I had given them a meeting point at Place de la Comédie, right in the heart of Bordeaux. We then walked across Place des Quinconces, before heading down to the quays to finish at Place de la Bourse and the Miroir d’Eau, which was finally open again.

Pauline was wonderfully surrounded during her day with the girls. I felt a lovely bond between all the friends, and a real wish to make her happy.

The weather was also perfect for this hen party photo story in Bordeaux. The architecture of Bordeaux’s historic buildings is fantastic in that summer light.

This hen party photoshoot was full of infectious joy. The six friends had a great deal of fun, and so did I!
