A Symbolic Wedding Ceremony at Villa La Tosca: Céline and Jean-Pierre

Real Weddings

Céline and Jean-Pierre open the doors of Villa La Tosca for us, not far from Arcachon, where they celebrated a poetic wedding. Let me take you back to a wedding that reminds us just how much love between two people remains the purest of feelings.

Villa La Tosca in Lanton: A Fairy Tale for the Big Day

Once upon a time, there was a charming Arcachon villa, built on the edge of the Bay in a style with Italian influences. Built in 1903, Villa La Tosca is today one of the most emblematic houses of its kind, and it is part of the heritage of historic villas.

Céline and Jean-Pierre chose Villa La Tosca for their wedding to carve their unconditional love in stone, and in the hearts of their loved ones. (More about the venue on my Villa La Tosca wedding photographer page.)

Céline and Jean-Pierre: meeting true love

It is with a great deal of emotion and admiration that I tell you about meeting Céline and Jean-Pierre. They did me the honour of choosing me as their wedding photographer and of having me by their side at Villa La Tosca to celebrate their wedding.

I met Céline and Jean-Pierre in 2020, between two lockdowns, at their home in Arès, on Arcachon Bay. I was immediately won over by the love these two people have for each other.

Their sensitivity and Jean-Pierre’s kindness touched me deeply. Jean-Pierre wanted the very best for Céline, and you could feel it in every detail of the wedding planning.

There were many of us professionals looking after them. It made a real difference to the quality of their day, from the aesthetics to the care they received and the quality of the symbolic ceremony.

I was also moved by the intimate moments I witnessed, especially when each of them read their love letter, in the privacy of the Silvartfilms camera.

Wedding photos at Villa La Tosca in Lanton

Like a witness in the front row of their emotions and their joy, I came to capture magical moments at Villa La Tosca. A marriage of feelings, respect and fascination, gathering a love story like few others.

Some weddings never leave you indifferent as a photographer. I have no words to describe how wonderful it was to witness the union of two people so deeply attuned to each other.

With great elegance and modesty, Céline and Jean-Pierre gave me the greatest gift there is: the authenticity of their emotions.

When I delivered their photos, they both cried in front of my images, and that touched me so much, coming from them. I am profoundly marked by this encounter, which will stay deep in my heart.

Thank you, both of you.
